Spinning in Cork

    Hi there,

I'm hoping someone out there can give me some advice! I would like to take up spinning classes (or other fitness classes) in Cork but I am looking for somewhere that has a class at around 6am / 6.30am. And preferably around the Grange / Douglas / Turners Cross area. I know Nemo do them but they are too late for me - I need something early mornings. I would need to be finished the class by around 7.15am. Ideally somewhere where I could start off paying by the lesson, and maybe later join - not a must though. I know I can't have it all! :D I know Fitnessworx in Donnybrook opens at 6am, and I would consider joining there, but they don't do spinning. If any of you have any suggestions, I would be very grateful!
