    You can't.

But changing to a healthier diet/giving up smoking/exercising more can help reduce the appearance of it, apparently!

Using vibro plate is very good for it - but you need to exercise and be on a diet unfortunately along side that - its very hard to get rid of it and takes alot of committment of exercising, and body brushing.
I've smoothed it out once before but then got very lazy and its back unfortunately.

What is a vibro plate? I can't get any salon treatments any time soon!

I don't need to loose weight but do need to eat healthier in general. I plan to start walking soon.

Avon Cellu-Sculpt gel is brilliant for getting rid of it..you are supposed to apply it morning and night for up to 5 minutes and drink 5-6 glasses of water a day if i remember correctly. I only did it at night but I got in to a routine of doing it every night and it made a dramatic difference. But as the previous poster said, you need to keep doing it..I got lazy and now its back with avengence and I've to start doing it again!

Isn't it just great being a woman :)

Yeah I really do think body brushing is the cheapest way of minimising cellulite. You should get a good body brush and brush in circular motions up towards the heart. Do it regularly and u should hopefully see the difference!

I thought it was long motions not circular!

I have a bit on my legs, it has never bothered me much, but since I started running I've seen a difference! :)

I'm just talking about information iv read in the past about body brushing, it's definitely directed up towards the heart anyways. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but that's what iv always done and it has helped(when I bothered to do it regularly)!!!

I got rid of mine by cutting down on alcohol, sugar and exercising regularly. Unfortunately it came right back when I met my OH and stopped exercising and started eating crap

Fake tan, messaging and losing weight, fake tan will improve the way the light diffuses off your skin or and so reduces the appearance (read this in new scientist!), messaging will help circulation and that will increase blood flow and plump out the skin, but that's also none permanent, the only sure way is to lose weight unfortunately! Cause it's fat the only real way to get rid of it is to lose the weight, but the other too do work in the short term!

Cellulite are pockets of fat trapped under the skin due to poor circulation so lots of exercise, water and healthy food/reduced fat foods will help. Also you can alternate with hot and cold water on the area as this increases circulation. Garlic is also very good for circulation.

I don't need to loose weight, I've very slim.

I'll definitely take most of the suggestions on board and report back. A combined approach is probably best but it will mean that I won't know what works most!

    1- diet
2 -exercise in fitness club (3 days /week)
    3- Anti-Cellulite GUA-SHA Massage
(1,2,3) together and I guaranteed results.

More info about this massage below

Anti-Cellulite GUA-SHA Massage is arguably the best anti-cellulite massage available today. Cellulite-specific massage, such as the Anti-Cellulite GUA-SHA Massage, is the most effective way to reduce cellulite - much more efficient than hyped up, hight-tech machine-based cellulite treatments.

Anti-Cellulite GUA-SHA massage with a Chinese cupping glass cup is a variety of vacuum therapy and the reverse of pressure therapy. Generating underpressure in the inside of the cup and sucking in the skin and the subcutaneous layer into its interior is how it works. Massage additionally is supporting slimming, firming the body, moreover it is altering positively the circulation of blood and lymphs. It helps to clean the organism of toxins and liquids as well as is eliminating swellings. It provides strong draining effect what causes that it combats the cellulite sensationally.

    I hope that I help :)
