iPad Kindle App won't allow me to download from UK store

So I installed the Kindle iPad app, registered it with my Amazon account (a UK account) and tried to download a book from the UK Kindle store.

It then tells me that the UK Kindle store is for UK Customers only and that I should use Amazon.com

Obviously it thinks I'm a US customer.

    How can I change this?

My general iPad settings are for UK and I have location settings on, my Amazon account is for the UK store (I only bought other non-Kindle items from there this morning).

Halp, I needz ebookie goodness!! :pac:

Any chance it could be your IP? Are you in Ireland at the moment?

I transferred my Amazon.co.uk account to the US (bigger selection of books in the US store), bought a few books and away I went.

However, the next day I logged back in, forgetting to startup the VPN connection first, and it told me the Amazon.com store was not for me. So that was most certainly related to IP address.

Nope, sitting here in Cambridge, UK on my company wireless connection, using a UK provider and UK servers :)

EDIT: Found it, there's an option to 'Manage your Kindle' and it was using one of my Irish Delivery addresses rather than my UK address. :)
