I'm really considering one of these, but I've read so many not-so-positive reviews about it.....I usually don't listen to the reviews but I can't make up my mind about this one.

I currently own an iPad which I will be getting rid off for one of these. I know the touchscreen experience is not as good as the iPad, but this gadget not only looks the part -it also is a full Windows 7 computer inside.

My main use for it would be:

    .Internet browsing
    .Watching movies & playing music
    .Document editing
.Playing old games (the sims 1, tropico etc).

Does anyone have it or has played with a Duo and can they reccommend it? Is it really THAT bad for the casual user?

Replies would be greatly appreciated as I think I may buy one of these before the weekend.

    Thanks!

I have no experience with it. But tbh i don't get the point of it really. It's still big and bulky for a tablet, and it's relatively expensive for the specs you're getting. I'd get a good 11.6 ultra portable laptop instead tbh.
