    Thinking of investing in a small business in th US and was wondering what the tax implications, on any possible profits, would be for myself as a resident of Ireland bringing the money back here.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Nothing to do with bringing money back, as long as you are irish resident you are liable on your worldwide gains/income
