Awful tackle, genuine spear, really tried to imbed the guys head in the ground, as bad as any I've seen. Hope he's dealt with harshly. The 'keep the game clean bibs' on all the subs in the background somewhat ironic....

do you not think he tackles with the wrong shoulder?

i would have thought for it to be a perfect tackle he should have led with his left shoulder, not his right.

if the tacklee was alot bigger than the tackler, the tackler could get badly injured by getting his head on the wrong side.

as it stands it just looks like the tackler is frankly a big dope in every sense of the words

I find if you hammer a player like that, you hurt them a lot more to drive throgh the hit, and proper flatten them, rather than trying to pick them up, and it's very difficult to keep a hit legal once you lift a player off the ground.

Should have creamed him by going through him, not by trying to spear him into the ground.

Poor tackle I'd say, especially for Sevens.
Went across the body with head on wrong side. His strength managed him through but thats about all worth writing home about.
