Issue with video recording on 60D

    This may be a simple fix but the menu on my 60D only displays 4 types of movie modes. 2x 1080p modes one of which is not 30fps, a 720p in 50fps and a cropped frame. Why in this video and in the booklet can I see a 1080p 30fps and a 720p 60fps?

    Do I need to update my firmware or is it something im missing about camera settings here???


    Also is there a better way to maintain HD quality other than just downloading and opening the files in say VLC??
