Problem charging Sony Ericsson Xperia

    Got a x10 Mini for christmas,havent had a problem with until this week.

    If my phone dies,the phone wont charge with the sim card in it,as soon as I take the sim card out it charges straight away.Now my phone is charged I've put the sim back in and it wont turn on,if I take the same out however it will turn on straight away.

    The first time this happened,my phone turned on after about 3 hrs of trying and I've been trying for about an hour so far.

    Anyone else had this problem or have any advice? (obviously I know not to let my phone die but it cant be helped sometimes!)
