    Hi all

    I recently signed up with blueface and ordered their Siemens voip hand set. They said delivery with in 3-5 days but at 5 days I made sent them an email found out that it hadn't been dispatched due to technical issues setting up the phone.

    Now they have no idea when it is to be delivered anyone else experience this issue with them? Whenever...seems to be their stance

    Not a great start on my switch to blueface!

    I ordered from their website and received it in 2 days. I returned it and blueface refunded me when I found the device was not right for me!

    You have a clear right to cancel but further information is available from the terms on their site on in the consumer hp forum.

    Thanks for that. I'm hoping that it does work for me but I need the phone to find that out properly. Just very disappointed that it's now a week and a half in and still no phone. I hope after all the hassle that it does work out for me!
