    1. My 2 quid suppy cup I got in Dunnes thats smaller than the ones you get when you buy your protein powder. Its smaller so doesnt take up as much space in my gym bag.
    2. Broccoli - I live on the stuff...a meals just not a meal without it!
    3. Egg whites - that carton of "Little Chick" egg whites is such a life saver.
    4. Little plastic sandwich bags - for your handful of nuts, nice and handy when its snack time.
    5. Smoked sundried tomato pesto from the farmers market in Temple bar- for when the green veges need a boost!
    6. My electric weighing scales, just so easy.

Theres loads more but these are bits and bobs that I'd be lost without.
    You?:)

Broccoli is indeed great. I eat loads of it. Plastic sandwich bags are deadly! And I loved my scales but I broked it :(
Couldn't do without dextrose. After training, a protein shake with some dextrose tastes absolutely lovely.
    ZMA is fantabulous too.

I mainly couldn't live without my copy of Traktor and my very good quality speakers.
