I have my Alfa Romeo 147 almost a year (no problems to date, touch wood). I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a good garage near Dublin 15 (Blanchardstown area) to service my car?

I've also been told to make sure they don't use spurious parts when changing the oil?

Were it my car, i'd travel to Gerry Campbell at TI Autos on the NCR.

I second this advice. Do not allow amateurs or back street chancers to work on any Alfa. Gerry and co are renowned as Alfa magicians. :D

Allow me to 3rd this, if I may?

Gerry is a fine gentleman, doing honest work at an honest rate.

Forget the dealers and chancres when it comes to Alfa. Look no further.

Lee and Ciaran in Automaintenance in Finglas. Its a Alfa Dealer who mainly do repairs and servicing now.

I've had a few things on my GT sorted by them down there.
Plus get it serviced there each year. Going back in the summer to them.

IMO you pay for what you get. These guys know exactly what they're at.

Going to a back street mechanic on an Alfa is not a good plan.

You might get away with it on a Toyota or something but to have your Alfa tickin over properly see a specialist.

Other than the guys I've mentioned I've heard good things about Gerry in TI.

If you want an Alfa dealer, Tractamotors are in Blanch, never used then so no feedback positove or negative.

Can recommend Discount Tyres in Rosemount Business Park having used them.
