Hi guys,

Need to get my boiler serviced in my uncles house just moved in there and it hasnt been done in about 2 years, heating hasnt been used in months either. I noticed the seal on the valve just above the boiler has gone and there is a small dip coming out of the valve cock attached to it.

Also the pressure on the guage attached has dropped completly, i assume there is no water left in the system as it all dripped out.

If anyone know a cheap enough good gas boiler service in the area or surrounding area that would be great.
