INDO Incompetence

The Flagship event for Irish darts has just taken place. Would any of us have known about it if we were not darts fans??

Nothing in the papers, apart from what local team captains/managers do.

No updates saturday or sunday anywhere online, unless you had a good soul texting you from the venue, but players shouldnt have to do that, they should be focusing on the games there playing.

I suppose it was exceptable in the 80s, and early 90s, when there was only the land line to relay info.

Would it really kill them to open a facebook or twitter account. You can bet your life on there budget sheet at the end of the yr there will be expenses for computers and technology. (another meal or 2 paid for on one of there all expenses paid trips)

Each week we see results coming in by the minute from events all over the world, but here, naaaaaaaa, not a bloody hope...

All weekend due to Ireland hosting the darts world cup this yr, the INDO were parading a top WDF official around, i wonder was this official told that the winning county had a selection process from 7 counties??? I doubt he struggled to see how his friends where getting on whilst playing in Irelands biggest darts event.

Well done the INDO, another major cockup, but then, im no longer suprised, just annoyed at the lack of respect shown to dart players

I have to agree with you Dicie mate,In this day and age of internet, facebook and twitter surely it wouldn't have been too much trouble for the INDO to have updates, scores and results on a site for us Irish darts fans to look at in what's suppose to be the premier tournament on the INDO calendar?
