    Hoping some1 can help out here.

    My daughter's ipod nano has been screen locked.. We don't know the combination code to unlock it. Meanwhile, we had problems with our p.c., some1 came to fix it and decided to delete all itunes from it :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    So not only can we not turn on her ipod, neither can we connect to itunes with it, as her version is not up to date with current version. Her library is gone from the computer.

    I am pretty clueless with p.c.s and ipods and am hoping some1 can help me here. I did look into downloading an older version of itunes, but there are websites looking to charge money for that:eek:

    Thanks, problem is because Itunes has been totally deleted from my computer, it won't synchronise. I downloaded itunes 10, but nothing! Says library is not compatible with new version of itunes 10:mad:

    I am just sooo f****ng annoyed that a computer technician woudl come and delete the program from my computer without checking with me.
    :mad::mad: sorry 4 ranting

    Contact the incompetent PC techo and ask him to explain why he deleted itunes and library, and fix the problem.
