Eircom ZyXEL Router NAT Type 2 but "Moderate" Black Ops

My NAT Type is 2 on my new ZyXEL P-660HW-T1 v3 Router yet Black Ops is telling me i have a moderate nat type. My friend is NAT Type 1 with Open NAT Type. Its a Sunday so I cant get through to eircom support and they are crap anyway so it would be good if somebody could tell me what to do in order to get an open nat type…
