Can anyone name this old 1980s TV show?

Hi.

This was an awesome show. It had these people (I think they were half machine). The visuals were very unusual because it mixed real footage with CGI. The part I remember most was the intro / ending where one of the 'people' was flying through this metalic tunnel {kind of reminded me a bit of the scene in Star Wars (1977) when Luke was flying along the death star to destroy it}.

Sorry if my description is vague but I'd love to see this program again.

Thanks Allyall but that is not it. Good thinking though. I remember Automan, great show. The program I refer to was set in the distant future.

I was asking a friend of mine, did he remember any show like that, and he can't think of any, i showed him Automan, as we were viewing this thread, and he noticed the intro shows BOOBS!! :eek::eek::eek::eek:

I am sure i know the programme you are talking about. The characters all had hologram things on their chests? Set in a post apocalyptic type world. Good guys were silver and blue, bad guys red and silver. Captain something? Main bad guy had a human body, wings and a pterodactyls head? Ring any bells? I think it used to be on sky back in the day...

Yes that rings a bell. I think it had 'Captain' in the title alright. And yes it was set in a post apocalyptic world.
