help please?

now tonight i got the absolute ****e bet out of me, came home...hid the scars.

it all started on the square of my local town where me and a mate were messin with each other,

group of 8 of us were walking to from one oub to another...i had only 3 pints and a shot at the stage. over 3 hours.

anyways i see an abandoned bicycle on the square and it had been there for quite a while i get up and try to cycle
it which is nothing and my mate shouts thats my bike, so i slide? him the bike but it goes out under traffic
and it hits a van, I absolutely shocked stand there for a few seconds waiting to accept the damages and apologise.
all of my friends scream at me to run and only after a while it hits me im in trouble. i run as fast as i can but not
exactly far because im just plain unfit. eventually i give up to find out i hit a "FRIEND" i
grew up with kinda, "talk here and there" but i plead with him that im very sorry and
that id cover the damage, not accepted the traveller decides to beat the living **** out of me withour resistance but with pleads from me.
the fella im facing is built beyond 6,3 and im a small skinny(i mean mega skinny 5,7) so the size difference is crazy.
anyway my friends rescue me eventually from the pummelling and im lucky to get out with a busted lip, broken tooth and a few busted bruised
bits of skin. So we get back to the square and a guard is there(Im being dragged by the traveller who hits an under age girl and pushes my girlfreind)
i make my statement and he makes his and the guard tells me that its a bit clouded and if
i want something make a statement next day. I felt absolutely gutted and heartbroken and still do.
After that I just spend a while on the square with my girlfriend. (oh just discovered my bloody nose ) And I can hear my mam *negotiating* with a garda downstairs.
But anyway I go into the local chipper after a bit of slander from a girl travellr in a nighty after she hopped quite happily out of her nice newish audi a3
So were sitting there and the girl slags off my girlfriend which is the girl i love to bits with all my heart and i just lose the plot, say nothing to the
travellers in the corner but i leave the chipshop, ring 999 and report an assault hoping to make a statement, i asked for gorey, but got wexford town station
made a plea with the garda oncall to let me make a statement to which i got an absolutely disgusting "is this a current emergency, no, do NOT ring this, oh sorry where do i ring, ring 11811."
This just ended any faith i once had any gardai services. Im bet up and no statement made against the drunk driving, assaulting, l plate driving, slanderus c*nt.
return to the chipper after talks from my girlfriend and i gain a bit of neck to stare the f*ckers out of it
for the rest of this night theres stared out of it, quite intimidated.
I see my friend having a fag outsaide when a garda pulls up, i dash from my girlfriends view hoping for a different one
alas, the same one. i ask the garda to pull away from the travellers who are now outside slandering me under their breath
anyway i make whats practically a full statement of what happened to the garda stopping and starting because i was in bits emotionally, and informed him that said traveller was drunk driving
and if that wasnt possibly enough that the fella was driving on a provo. But **** it, garda said "ill deal with it all monday."
If there was anything more shocking to add to my f*cking night.

I had lost all faith in anything by then but wait more. traveller c*nt decides to see if he can get away (after threatening my girl friend that if i dont acceot his terms im just plain worse off)
He asks me to leave it....gazed the C8nt straight in the eyes and told him where the f*ck to go.
Upset and a bit intimadated he leaves saying sh*t he dont mean, then he sends his mate over to tell me whats what and that "accidents happen"

well thats as far as i remember. I have 3 people in this world that i feel in anyway capable of standing up for me mentally.
As for i try my best to never hurt a fly and uphold that with pride. well used to.

I would like to know where to send this life fairly-crushing note of tonight to so that justice gets done. garda offered me a no payment for no problem but i said F8ck that

If nothing happens, beleve me. it will happen.

Some may have seen my username give witty replys etc but please. none tonight or tomorrow for that I honestly cant take it..or thank you enough for reading and hoping for me

I'd go to bed and go and chat to the gards with a clearer head tomorrow. Just give a statement and it could go to court for grievous assault etc
Just talk it through after some sleep as I imagine you are messed up atm
Don't go throwing any more bikes in traffic, I don't think they will like that

yikes I actually read all that :eek:

The guard is perhaps not giving you the time of day (excuse the pun) because it's late night and maybe he knows you've been drinking? Maybe he thinks you're just a trouble-maker because of the bike antics etc, however innocent they were. Go to the A&E straight away if you have anything that needs tending to, you can report to the guards tomorrow once you have thought it through.

OP, that's sound advice, you say you already made your statement so follow it up later today with the guards.
