Not to bring the After Hours forum down with a serious topic or anything. But are you honestly happy in life? ... or things are alright / could be better ... or things just flat out are terrible.

    Vote and discuss :D

Happy enough, few worries but it's mostly a good time. I'm in one of the top two anyway.

Tough call! I have good days and bad days. These days seem to be more good than bad and I'm much happier than I have been for a while. Mostly from the meds :pac:

Being happy isn't easy and sometimes you have to make it happen. Find out why you're not happy and try and deal with it. Sure what else would you be doing at 4am on a Sunday morning!

Content is how I would describe how I'm feeling I think and compared to how I was I'll take that all day long. Have a girl on the go at the moment which helps big time.Just keep dealing with the 6 inches in front of my face and don't think too much beyond that..

At least nothing really matters in the end anyway. We try so hard to assign meaning to our basically pointless lives. Enjoy the ride while you can.

Morbid, yes, but correct. The true heros are those who can resist the traditional 9-5 lifestyle.

Where do you get your money to survive?

In the words of Woody Allen: "life is divided into the horrible and the miserable... The horrible are like terminal cases and blind people. I don't know how they get through life. The miserable is everyone else. So you should be thankful that you're miserable..."

    I'm miserable, thank the Lord!

Happiness is not a requirement, and is not under my control.

    Be content with O.Kness.

Mostly happy in life. There's a few areas I need to work on. Optimistic though.

Your username and your post pose quite the contradiction.

    True! LOL

I happened to be in a state of rage/frustration the day I joined boards. That's not usually me. I keep meaning to change it whenever I think of something good.

I'm happy out of life. It's when I try to fit in with the typical scheme of things that I come off feeling unsatisfied.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 237 ✭✭lesserspottedchloe

Happy enough! Took me a long time to get to be able to do what I love in college and to realise what really matters/ who your friends are though-just wish miserable fu$kers would leave me be and stop trying to drag me down into their crap though! :pac:
