CPA is the normal qualification for accountants in the US. If you qualify with CAI here you can take an international qualification exam to become a US CPA, otherwise you'd have to take the regular CPA exam in whichever state you intend to live and work. The educational and experience requirements needed in order to be able to take the exam will depend on the state.
