Job lot / excorporate laptops

Has any one seen anywhere you an pick up job lots of ex-corporate laptops?

I've been looking myself, occasionally need to buy batches of 5-10 laptops...

You can try rental companies as they shift their old stock, you could try the likes of compuhire, hire intelligence etc. They occasionally sell off old stock.. Failing that, ebay.. I've gotten a few batches there..

I havent seen anything too promising on ebay,
the ones i see on there are usually broken or have some major issue,
would prefer to pick up ones that are working,
wudnt be that big of a deal to get power adapters, hard drives and wifi cards to get them going !

It's fairly hit n miss.. I work for an IT rental company and I find it hard getting used laptops! Most large companies that i've dealt with generally hold onto their gear till it's near dead.. Most of them will the donate it to charities, schools etc. It's rare that they move on a load at once, usually a couple every now n then...

yeah plus a lot of stuff gets dumped unfortunately!
