Undergarment thief in summer 2002

    Back in 2002 i was working as a Security guard in Dunnes stores, one day i cought a 15 year old lad trying to rob an undergarment for an 9 year old girl. Maybe its my ocd but today i have been wondering alot whatever happened to him?

    or was this an undergarment designed to fit any 9 year old girl ?
