Those slendertone things aren't the best to put it mildly.

How restricted is your arm movement?

Clean diet and lots of walking.

Cut out the junk, base your diet on good quality protein, healthy fats and lots and lots of green veg. Cut out sweets, biscuits, cake, processed food in general, boxed breakfast cereal (Special K is evil), white bread and pasta, stuff like that.

Walk regularly, at a pace that's slightly faster than is comfortable, switch off the tv and limit computer time. Go to bed early. If your job requires a lot of sitting, make a point of getting up and moving around regularly.

Getting enough sleep is a point I'd like to emphasise, when they measured the fat loss of two groups of people on a weight loss diet eating the same amount of calories, they found that although they lost the same amount of overall fat, the people getting the most sleep lost more fat from their belly - so called visceral fat which is the dangerous fat between the organs.

Never mind that getting enough sleep makes you less hungry overall too!
