facebook update for android

    Is it worth getting or is it just to allow use of the Places function?

    Each release will have bug fixes/improvements (not necessarily visible ones though) so from that point it is worth keeping up to date with current releases. Places has been in the app for sometime now - just not available for use in this country unless you were a fb employee. iirc latest release was about a week ago now

    Facebook places went live in Ireland a few days ago.

    Is anybody else having problems with their Facebook app. Mine just won't load. Hasn't worked now for a few days. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still no good. Just been using the browser one.

    I think it just takes notions. I drove up to Belfast tonight and hey presto, it's working up here.

    Decided not to work while at home the past few days though. Odd :confused:

    I had a few issues with mine. I had to turn on locations (by wireless network) to stop it from crashing.
