    Folks

I am a bulking (well trying to) at the moment so not majorly concerned about calories taken in. I was just wondering on average would anyone know (I understand it can vary greatly) how many calories are in a typical roast beef, Mash and roast spuds and gravy dinner with veg etc on the side? I usually have htis for lunch everyday and want to find out as part of my macro allowance

It varies so much that the only way you'll even be able to take a rough guess is if you can weigh or measure the portions that your local carvery gives you. You'd only have to do it once, then you'd have an average number to work with.

Maybe ask for your lunch in a takeaway box, take it to your work and weigh it there?
