    Hi,

    I have started using this new weight loss product it has something called cla aswell as green tea - CLA Booster. I have heard really good things about it. Just wondering has anyone else taken it? or has it worked for you?

    Basically there is no magic bullet to get rid of fat and make us lean. Human nature makes us want to believe there is so we buy into it which is why there is a billion dollar industry making money from tablets like this.

    Real results come from a lifestyle change, good nutrition, exercise and the knowlegde that it takes time and consistency to make +ve changes in your life.
