Get one of the Bills changed over to your name

Do you have a tenancy agreement? If so, bring that down with you and explain your circumstances.

the billpayer (or at least whoevers name is on the bill) gives you the most recent bill and a letter saying your living there . lease agreements and rent books are normally accepted as well . worst comes to worst a headed letter from the landlord or his agent will do . you can also get your bank address changed to the new one and request a statement . if your JA your probably bringing in bank statements anyway so 2 birds with one stone

failing that a letter from your landlord should/might work. Ring them and ask.

Although the bank will probably ask for proof of new address too, as they are required to do under Money Laundering Regulations.
