How are ye all doing, Years thinking of adding on an extra room in the attic to my Semi D HIPPED roof house. Quotes of €27,500 put an end to them dreams. Not worth it. But this work has come down substantially.

Seems decent value, figures advertised by a contractor and its only to be expected as No one has cash. 2500 for a First fix conversion what ya think guys? Anyone had any conversions done recently and how are we looking on price these days? This obviously doesnt include moving the water tank and refitting, would anyone hazard a guess to a plumbers charge for same?
    I am Guesstimating

    First Fix Conversion €3000
    Electrics €800
    Plumbing €650
    Skim materials,
    Gypsum Boards
    Insulation
    Flooring,Carpet
    Peripherals €1600

    Lots of work yourself.....

All in with some hard graft i reckon around 7k,
