    Could anyone point me to a site which provides all season opening dates for trout and Salmon ? Maybe could do a sticker of that ...

    To be honest, my best source for opening/closing date (and loads of other info) is Peter O'Reilly's Rivers of Ireland book

    are you looking for anywhere in particular? O'Reilly's book is definately worth investing in if you fish new places regularly.
