You're right Op. It sounds like a fantastic event! A lot of people obviously agree with you if the speed the tickets sold out is any guide! Fingers crossed for all those (including myself) on the waiting list!!!

Got my ticket ... but there's a chance I might have to sell it on, won't know till nearer the time though.

Tickets for the Kildare visit go on sale on March 1st I believe, not sure about Limerick.

I got tickets for Kildare! So excited. To think The Dalai Lama is coming to my hometown to speak :) I specifically changed my working hours today so I could be online when they went on sale this morning as I knew it would sell quickly!

Hope it's ok to post this here.

I have to sell my ticket for HH Dalai Lama at Citywest. If anyone would like to buy it, please PM me.

I hope all of you who attend the various events find the talks as inspiring as I did when I heard HHDL teach a couple of years ago.

Edit: just to update to say I have offered the ticket to someone so it's no longer available. Hope everyone who wants to go gets sorted.

    HI there,
Thanks for your reply but I'm afraid I've already offered the ticket to someone else. I hope you find one somewhere - I'm sure it will be a wonderful experience!

I know someone who met him once, and said he was truly such a nice person. His energy leaped off him to you and you walked away smiling.
I know a few priests who have the energy off them aswell.

I've just seen the Dalai Lama's live broadcast on the internet from St Brigid's Cathedral in Kildare. What an amazing person he is. I had only found out earlier this week that he was in Ireland. It was too late at that stage to get tickets.Such a shame, I'd have loved to have been there.

But I did get to see his speech broadcast live on the internet. What an amazing speech he gave on Compassion. I didnt know he had such great English. He seems a very gentle soul, and a fun man too. A bit of a joker also :-)

I watched his City West speech before going to see him in Kildare. He was amazing as expected. He speaks alot of sense.
Here is link to the photos I took

Also to watch back the Kildare speech follow this link

Possibilities have announced on their FB that they will be uploading videos from their event over the coming days. Unfortunately I was working today so missed the Limerick speech and as yet it isn't available to watch back. I've asked them on their FB page are they going to make it available but no response as yet.
