I'm travelling to Jersey (the Channel Islands Jersey!) over the next month or so and was wondering if anyone has played any golf over there and had any recommendations?

There are two excellent courses on Jersey:

    La Moye and Royal Jersey.

Can't vouch for any others but these two are certainly worth it.

Have played Les Ormes, brother in law's a member. Short and tight with only nine holes, very good social clubhouse always made me welcome (three times I have played).
Maybe not as prestige as other courses(so they say) on the island but some spectacular views and if you do play it,be sure to hit a good tee shot on the par 4 third as the clubhouse overlooks the fairway which you can't see from the box...

La Moye is a good old fashioned links, well worth a visit. Les Ormes I didn't enjoy, I thought there were too many gimmicky holes there.
