Lambing Wireless Camera's

    I want a price for wireless lambing camera's and advice on best available products. distance of 75m between shed and house with a hedge in between - can see the shed in certain spots along it, shed size 14.4m x 17m

    I have attached pictures of the shed and house, shed is the one to the right

    I also want to be able to use system with my laptop

    Not to be offensive, but you might be better off getting a price from a supplier and fitter. This is a discussion forum rather than websales.

    Not offensive Reilig, but to be fair to the OP, he is also looking for advice, and he may want to do it himself, rather than contact a supplier & fitter.

    Hi, I was looking for advice rather than prices which i have already done, I want to know what other sheep farmers are using and how their products are performing and if they are happy with them.

    Most of these guys have online shops with fluctuations in prices

    I added the pics hoping another farmer would be in a similar setup would post some advice

    my advice is run 5 rg59 coax cables in a 1.5 " ducting to the shed.
    Get some decent i.r. cameras
    A decent Dvr with network connection.

    I have been tortured with wireless cctv failing when hedges grow or someone sneezes.

    Wired will outlast and outperform the wireless stuff any day.
