So to comply with Part L @ 10Kwh/M2 what should I do

My design has reduced the energy need from 94Kwh/M2/year of a standard Part L to about 20Kwh/M2/year (a reduction of about 80%)

BUT due to the stipid part L which takes no consideration of this what would people sugges

    I like
    solar panals
    wood stove

    and I don't like
    pellet boilers
    heat pumps
    wind

    and am uncertain about PV

    what would YOU use
