Paypal account Limited

The first limitation is due to multiple accounts with the same personal details. As per Paypal terms & conditions I am allowed multiple accounts, one Personal & one Premier or Business. However, when I read this terms and conditions I misunderstood and thought I could have two accounts, one for personal use & one for business use.

    I have two Paypal accounts.

    1) My 'personal' premier account and I use it for buying and selling on eBay. Originally it was to sell some spare Blu-rays, Disney trading pins and webcams I had leftover from my old business. I started selling the ZTE Blade / Orange San Francisco mobile phones which my brother bought in the UK. They were selling for around €175 and these high value phones attracted Paypal's attention.

    2) My Vusiness account and I use it for my business payments. The businesssells Domains, Hosting, SSL certs and similar products on my website using my trading name.

I now understand that I was inadvertently in breach of Paypal's terms and conditions. I offered to close my business account leaving me with only one account and therefore complying to Paypal's terms and conditions.

This however was only one limitation applied on my account. The second limitation was due to Paypal noticing some unusual activity in my Paypal account. This was due to the high value sales. I understand that safety is paramount to Paypal's success and I am more than happy to help Paypal & eBay remain a safe way to do business online. I have sent the 5 invoices & proof of postage that were requested for the case, a copy of my passport, bank statement & mobile phone bill as further proof of my identity and address.

However the refused to unlimited the account and are keeping nearly €600 for 180 days and I am disgusted. Is there anything I can do?
