Can see a 2-1 win for united with bent scoring

Never even look at the first page to be honest, earliest I have ever posted on a match thread.........that says more about my laziness than the threads themselves.

Looking forward to this one, should be a good game and if we get a result and performance it will signal our intentions to the rest, that we are still top without needing enforcements.

I'll wait for the official baz thread, not the soccer triads knock off from Trilla!

Jesus, that man has single handidly ruined so many games for us. Utmost respects and its amazing how good he became later compared to how good he was for 'pool (the same could be said for David James mind, just the wrong times for them).

No, not unless you've got a massive satellite dish. Should be some decent streams available.

I'm going to wait for the real deal too, this is like the Andy Carroll of match day threads; it's decent, has potential, but only the absence of the genuine article would force me to invest in it.

How can you go bankrupt when you are on 45k a week? Madness

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,571 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

C'mon Villa do us all a favour tonight, you can do it!

Realistically though can see this being 2/3-1 United.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,688 ✭✭✭Nailz

Despite the fact Friedle will probably be laying the bricks in front of goal as usual against up, I can see a nice 2-0 here. Nani and Scholes for the craic of it - every time I openly predict Berbatov or Hernandez to bag a goal they don't score. :pac:

It's a technical bankruptcy declaration. It doesn't mean he's broke and stuck for a place to stay.

"A spokesperson for Friedel is quoted in the Mirror as saying: "This is a technical bankruptcy and it is not anticipated that it will be in place for long as an application for an annulment will be submitted in the next few days.

"Arrangements are in place to deal with the issues which gave rise to the bankruptcy."

Thats not quite how I would try to spend it all myself!

Anyways for tonight I would like to see

    VDS
    Raf--Rio-Vidic--Evra
    Nani-Ando-Scholes-Giggs
    ---Berbs--Rooney----

Hopefully Rafael and Rio will be confirmed as fit to play bringing our defence back to full strength.

Plenty of energy in the midfield from Ando with Scholes providing the passing and distribution, picking the ball up deep and encouraging a fast moving tempo.

Nani on the right speaks for itself hopefully a return from the recent dip in form, Giggs over the other limited options due to his sublime form of late.

Rooney in ahead of Chico because although no goals, he has certainly played his way back to form and his touch passing and vision appear to be on their way back to his best. Says it all that when he missed his sitter of a header he was able to laugh it off and not be frustrated as an out of form player would be.

I think O shea will play tonight. thought he was good last game. Rooney on bench.

    VDS

    JOS RIO VIDA EVRA

    NANI ANDO FLETCHER GIGGS

    CHICO BERBA

    Im going for 2-0 Utd

i might spend the evening in here.

it's a lot calmer than thinking about Chelsea/Pool w/Torres as Special Guest Villain.

i really want Villa to do the rest of the EPL a favour.

    but they won't.

    3-0 Utd.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 168 ✭✭KevLeppard

    Any streams available for this?

Not really. It's a real roundabout way that involves downloading internet explorer, cross over and windows media player...

That's pretty much Villa's best team there - at least until Bradley settles in.

United have been riding their lucky big time as of late. I can't help but feel that this revitalised Villa team could nick a point here.

    3-1 united.

    O`Shea will score tonight.

    Stick a fiver on it anytime 9/1 -- 1st 25/1

Big banana skin here, Villa have caused big problems to United in recent years and are on a good run, reitalised by their new signings. Massive game here, need to keep Chelsea's momentum from getting too big by matching whatever they do tonight.

Glad to see Agbonlahor on the bench. Regardless of form, he always seems to score against us, although maybe I've just a handful of his goals against us stuck in my mind and making me think that.
