Looking to purchase a 7 Day Off Licence?

    I am currently in the process of applying for planning permission for an off licence in my convenience store and was wondering what is the best way to locate a 7 day licence for sale?

    Any guides as to the market for these would be appreciated. I have bank loan in place for the purchase but have to stick within that budget.

    If you're a franchisee contact the symbol group you're with and they'll happily lead you by the hand. If not, your solicitor should have all the information you need.

    The franchise group are being helpful however, the solicitor firm that they use charge almost €15k in fees! Which I think is excessive hence the solo route. My solicitor says that he will not be able to do anything until the planning gets approval.

    I am confident that the planning will get approved and am anxious to get the ball moving on tying down a license.
