Runner needed for European Duathlon Championships

    there will be an open race as part of The European Duathlon Championships in Limerick on the 15th- 17th of April.

    It’s a 3km run/20km cycle/ 3km run and it can be done as a relay with your friends. . The course starts and finished in O' Callaghan Strand in Limerick and it will be run on closed roads around the city

    I am looking for 1 or 2 runners of any skill level who would be willing to form a relay team.

    umm very interesting, I'm a relative newbie to running about 9 months I'd knock out 3k in 12/13mins if thats any good to you maybe a bit faster by then as training is on the up at the moment and its a short distance so you could really go for it
