Anyone see that chap getting humbled by Jeremy Paxman? The Paxter revealed these little gobshítes for what they are, vainly struggling to understand the world around them. The fact is that this entire campaign is an affront against reasonable political debate. If I think the corporation tax rate is too low or that some companies or individuals are avoiding tax I either campaign for a change of the law (Which involves legislative process - including but not limited to electoral challenge and/or lobbying of parliament) or I express my view in a persuasive and intelligent manner in one of the many outlets open to me. I do not gather together all my semi literate university buddies and cause a scene on the high street in front of a business.

I hold an ancient legal and moral principle - the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. I do not support mob violence or groupthink. If someone is guilty of something and we live in a society based on the rule of the law, then there are legal and non violent methods of achieving a righteous conclusion. Obstructing the free movement of my fellow citizens is a terrible act and these idiots in the UK uncut movement should really grow the hell up.

That's the bit some of us are having trouble with. The law does not seem to apply to big corporations. Here is just one example:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contaminated_haemophilia_blood_products#Sales_to_Asia_and_Latin_America
While the new product was selling well for Cutter, a Cutter company meeting notes that "There is excess nonheated inventory", which resulted in the company deciding to "review international markets again to determine if more of this product can be sold."[3]

Cutter decided to sell millions of dollars of the older medicine to Asia and Latin America while selling the new, safer product in the West, to avoid being stuck with large stores of a product that was proving increasingly unmarketable.[3]

TL;DR: they dumped old inventories of blood products in poorer countries knowing that the people using the products were likely to become infected with HIV.

What kind of sociopaths sit down and make a decision like that?

    Also, Monsanto.

    It'd certainly explain their logo.
