IPod touch won't sync-help?

Tried syncing my iPod there and it keeps starting the syncing then an error message pops up saying "Cannot sync iPod unknown error 13019(or something like that) occured". So I thought maybe it was a software issue and downloaded the latest iTunes and iPod touch software but it's still doing it! Any ideas what could be…
