3 weeks ago I ordered a plugin dimmer switch from Amazon Market place....by standard deliver and have not received it yet. They confirmed they dispatched the item the next day after receipt of order.

At same time I ordered two other items from different Marketplace companies by std delivery and have received both.

If the item doesn't show up in next day or two I will have to ring them but what can I expect? as the item could have been lost or stolen in this country.
Its value was under €20
