    Hi,
Can anyone recommend treatments for KP readily available in Ireland?

I have tried numerous products but nothing really works. Acid based moisturisers do work but over time make my skin very pink.

    Thanks

Saw threads on it before so I did a search:

I remember seeing something by a brand called Skindoctors (I think) in Sephora in america before, it was for KP.

Eucerin 10% urea available in most chemists works really well, Aldi does an own brand version which is considerably cheaper and does the same job.

Yes the Aldi one works for me. I also use the Buffy solid exfoliating massage bar from lush on my upper arms.

I'm finding the Palmers AHA/BHA formula (green bottle) great for my upper arms. Got it in Boots and its been the only thing that clears it. Need to get more!! Not every Boots stocks it though!
