Planining a quick dash to the sun for a week at Easter with our 2 year old daughter. Have done Fuerteventura (Las Marismas, Corralejo) and Villamoura (rented apartment). Looking for good Quality SC apartment complex with good facilities in Med/Canaries. Something like Corralejo would be ideal. Any recommendations greatly appreciated

How did you find Las Marismas with a toddler?

We went there before we had our baby and it was a great spot, but there were very few kids there when we were there. Would consider it again if it's up sto scratch still, however we're currently inclined to head to the south of the island.

We were there last October for the Halloween break. It's definitely still up to scratch. I went on the basis of the RTE travel show recommendation, and I was amazed to see it actually lived up to the review. It was great with my then 18 month old. Clean pool, good for lunch, well spec'd and serviced rooms. But I have to say that I would not go during the summer with no air conditioning. All in all, really good value... probably deserves a 4 star rating, but I think the aircon is the criteria there

We were there in Sept. a few years back (2008, if memory serves) and thoroughly enjoyed the complex, but agree re the aircon. Very quiet around the pool, food was decent (we went self catering, so just ate there at lunchtime if we wanted to stay at the poolside) and the staff were great. Glad you enjoyed it with your child. Thanks for the feedback!
