Where do I find good door to door sales people

Hi, I am looking to hire some door to door sales people for satellite products. So far I advertised on Fas. Got a couple of CVs but only 1 suitable candidate. He turned up the first week and did not come back. Help I need some advice on where to look. Obviously cost is an issue. Thanks, Ian
