insecticide free wood preservative

    hey ya,

    just looking for an insecticide free wood preservative, ive heard of cuprinol and that B&Q do it but all i saw was cuprinol with low VOC's ( Volatile organic compound )

    1, is this suitable

    and

    2, if it isnt, can anyone recommend any insecticide free wood preservative

    oh, i meant to say that im gonna be using this a bee hive :)
