Hi, we are looking for a solemniser to do a wedding in Powerscourt on July 22nd, we have state permission, the ballroom is registered, unfortunately the solemniser we had planned to use has since been denyed by the diocesan registrar as he is standing in as rector in our local church so his hands are tied so to speak.…
