Printers don't actually print onto 'greetings cards' - though you might find one on line but it would be expensive.

You take your design to a printer, choose your card and size, get it printed and asked for them to be trimmed, scored and folded (or not folded whichever you prefer.) You then find an envelope supplier and buy sufficient envelopes. Actually it is much better to find the envelopes first and make the cards to fit.

If you want embossed patterns or cut-out bits that is a whole different business involving dies etc. You would need to be printing a minimum of 500 cards, possibly in 2 or 4 patterns and set it up in a page layout program so that the inside printing is on the correct card and the right way up.

If you were thinking of digital printing the same applies but you can do smaller numbers.

If you were going to print them yourself you would need a digital printer (ink jet smudges if it gets wet, and it does not look professional) and make sure it will take the thickness of card you need. If you try to print 120 gsm card (which isn't particularly thick) on a home printer it tends to mark the underside of the card, and most will not take anything thicker.

There might be some aspect of your idea which is different from what I am talking about. I suggest you make a plan of a proposed card (size, shape, etc) and picture and go to a couple of printers and ask what they would charge. In the current economic situation you might find them more helpful than was the case a few years ago!

hey, just wondering if you succeeded in finding a printing services for your cards?
If so could you share recommendation, please.
I'm finding very difficult finding reasonably priced printer, there are cheap options but offer unattractive card sizes like A4 folded to A5 or A5 folded to A6...
