    looking for suggestion for good casual and/or indie games on the pc.

    ones that I have liked are : -

    osmos
    plants vs zombies
    peggle
    braid
    world of goo

    any other good recommendations?

    "good casual games" is a bit of any oxymoron, they're all ****e!!!
    Revenge of the titans from the second humble indie bundle is worth a look, it kept me entertained over crimbo anyway... Might as well grab both packs if you haven't already!)
    Defense Grid is another good one if you like tower defence games

    I bought this but it's unplayable with just the keyboard - will have to get a gamepad or a wireless receiver for my xbox gamepad.

    I've played and finished this - had to use the help a couple of times - some of the puzzles were just too out there - the cat on the wire bit in particular. It was pretty good overall but not that great - IMO.

    I really liked this one - any other games in a similar vein? I've never played the Monkey Island games and know there is a newly polished version out - how similar is the gameplay?
