I made this Last night and have to say, it looks amazing! (haven't tasted it yet as it is for a party tonight)

    15 oz rich tea biscuits.
5 oz of oreo's and white chocolate fingers.
    14 oz low cocoa chocolate.
    8 oz butter.
    1 tin of condensed milk.

    • Break up biscuits but don't crush to crumbs.
    • Melt Chocolate over hot water.
    • add butter when chocolate is melted but don't take off hot pot of water.
    • add all of the condensed milk.
    • Mix all 3 until entirely blended and smooth.
    • when mixed, take off hot pot and gently mix in rich tea biscuits until completely covered. Do the exact same with the rest of the bisciuts.
    • when done, put into a large, round pop out tin.
    • Pat the mixture down until it is well compacted.
    • Put in fridge to cool for 1 hour
    • then ice with betty crocker chocolate fudge (Cheating, I know :o)
    • Put back in fridge for 6-8 hours and then you have something that looks like this:
