Training Halter, Pedigree shampoo

Does anyone know where I can get a halter that can be left on, I`ve seen them before but cant find a link to where you can get them Also does anyone here use any of the shampoos on there pedigrees or do they just use washing up liquid, Which shampoos are best for an animal thats very dirty
