Lexmark printer with windows 7

Trying to download drivers for Lexmark printer P6350 and I have come across a site driver detective which will upgrade my drivers (so they say!) for this printer to work. Do I have to pay to get a driver update? Will I be better off buying a new printer that is compatable with windows 7?

If you have Windows 7 32-Bit, the drivers for Vista should work. There a link to the driver on post #2 here.
