Can't decide need advice

    So, my old laptop went ka'put the other day and I've now narrowed it down to these two laptops but can't really decide which is better. I've compared them both and just can't come up w/ a winner.

    I'd be using it for college (computer science/software engineering) as well as editing youtube videos and connecting it to my tv to watch shows, as well as general boards/facebook ect use.
